Policy & Procedure Document Acknowledgement


The HR Policy Document Distribution Module allows documents to be uploaded to the Employee Self Service website and then for employees to electronically acknowledge they have read those documents.


Documents can be uploaded and allows for the addition of supporting data - ID, Description, Author, Time/Date, Active.

Employees may then view a list of all Active documents and electronically confirm they have read those documents.

Administrators can then report by Employee which documents have (or have not) been read.
